Yoga with Caitlin
Caitlin began her yoga journey during summer stock gig living on a farm in Macon, Missouri. Her fellow castmate lead her through the initial Ashtanga Yoga every morning. Seven years later, she got her 200hr certification in Power Vinyasa Yoga through Yoga Alliance. In spring of 2021, she completed a 50hr Meridian Yoga Therapy and Yin Intensive with The Science of Self Yoga. Caitlin currently teaches kids yoga with Yogi Beans, and hot yoga at Y7. She is available to teach private one on one sessions, retreats, kids birthdays and corporate classes. We Flow Hard: A power vinyasa flow with bumping beats and workout bursts. 3 flows 3 ways; 1st slow for alignment, 2nd breath to movement and 3rd you flow on your own.
Sculpt: A take on mat pilates focusing on strength and mobility. A light warm up, abs to legs to abs to arms to glutes, followed by a cool down.
Flow & Restore: A classic vinyasa with longer holds. Caitlin's is inspired by Dr. Rose Erin Vaughn from her studies on meridian yoga therapy.
